Michael Clapper – CEO
Michael Clapper was the former Chairman & CEO of Enterprise Group – which was one of the UK’s biggest providers of mortgage & loan services to brokers & networks and a 2007 Sunday Times ‘Fast Track 100’ in business.
He was voted ‘Business Leader of The Year – Packager’ at the 2008 British Mortgage Awards.
Michael Clapper has a very successful track record of founding, managing and selling several businesses across a variety of industries. Michael is the lead advisor to Fast Forward Finance, and holds CeMAP accreditation.
Jo Dempsey – Chief Operating Officer.
Jo Dempsey was the former Chief Operating Officer at Enterprise Group, one of the UK’s biggest mortgage & loan service providers and a 2007 Sunday Times ‘Fast Track 100’ in business.
He has extensive experience running multi-enterprise processes, risks and controls, as well as business systems.
David Bromley – Senior Commercial Executive
David’s career in the UK financial services sector spans over 30 years. He has worked for major banks as well as independent lenders and has founded and operated a global trade finance organisation as its managing director.
Today, he is focusing on leveraging his experience and connections around the business finance industry. David holds MBA and BA accreditations.
Bridget Kibiru – Senior Commercial Executive.
With 14 years of experience in underwriting specialty loans, Bridget Kibiru is highly experienced in all facets of specialty lending, with an impeccable record of dealing directly with both intermediaries and clients and specialising in second-charge loans, business and bridging financing.
Bridget was Intermediary Sales Manager for Loans Engine before joining Fast Forward Finance. Bridget holds accreditations in CeMAP, Cert BB&C and BA (Hons).
Mick Bradley – Senior Commercial Executive
Within the mortgage industry Mick Bradley has a long and varied history. He was Head of Sales at Preferred and Mortgages where he helped push sales to record levels, after senior positions in the Building Society Industry.
He was also a part of the senior team which so successfully introduced the Advantage lender (Morgan Stanley) to the market.
He had operated within major intermediary networks and even within the directly regulated sector before joining Fast Forward Finance. Mick holds CeMAP and CeRER accreditations.
Ross Williams – Business Development Manager
Ross Williams has worked in financial services for 16 years, mainly in the mortgage and lending sector.
As a business development manager, he takes the time to get to know the business model of each intermediary and the experts within it, so that he and Fast Forward Finance can best determine how to add the most value.
Ross effectively acts as a face-to-face element of the Fast Forward Finance team, based on his very strong understanding of second-charge loans, bridging and commercial financing.
